The MiBoxer PR5 5-in-1 LED Controller is a powerful and versatile wireless controller designed for a wide range of low-voltage LED strip lighting installations. Supporting single colour, dual white (CCT), RGB, RGBW and RGB+CCT LED strips, it provides an adaptable solution for both domestic and commercial lighting projects.

Operating from 12V to 48V DC, the PR5 offers a maximum combined output of 20A (up to 960W at 48V), making it particularly suitable for larger LED strip installations requiring reliable control and smooth dimming.

Using MiBoxer’s 2.4GHz RF wireless technology, the controller can be paired with compatible MiBoxer/Mi-Light remote controls. With the addition of a suitable 2.4GHz gateway, lighting can also be managed through a smartphone app or compatible voice control system.

Five LED Lighting Modes

The PR5 combines five controller types in one compact unit. Simply select the appropriate output mode using the SET button on the controller.

• Single Colour: Brightness control for single-colour LED strips, including warm white, cool white and other fixed colours.
• Dual White (CCT): Brightness and colour temperature adjustment for tunable white LED strips.
• RGB: Full colour selection and brightness adjustment for RGB LED strips.
• RGBW: RGB colour control with an additional dedicated white channel.
• RGB+CCT: RGB colour control combined with adjustable warm and cool white channels.

Wireless, Push-Switch and Smart Lighting Control

The PR5 uses MiBoxer’s established 2.4GHz RF control system, allowing wireless operation without requiring a Wi-Fi connection for normal remote-control use.

For additional convenience, the controller also supports a wired momentary push switch, providing a straightforward means of switching and dimming connected lighting.

When paired with a compatible MiBoxer 2.4GHz gateway, additional functions such as smartphone control, lighting schedules, group control and compatible voice assistant operation become available.

Please note: A suitable remote control or gateway is required for wireless operation and is sold separately.

Installation and Compatibility

The PR5 must be connected to a suitable 12V-48V DC constant-voltage power supply, matching the voltage required by the connected LED strip. The controller does not convert the supply voltage.

Select the appropriate output mode for your LED strip before use. Ensure that the connected load remains within the controller’s total and individual channel current ratings and that the power supply is suitably rated.

The controller is designed for indoor or appropriately protected installations and should be installed in a dry, ventilated and accessible location.

Important: This controller is designed for conventional constant-voltage LED strips and is not intended for addressable SPI/pixel LED strips.
