We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly for made-to-order items such as LED strips and light bars.
All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:
• Payment is not authorised
• There is an error in pricing or product description
• The item is unavailable

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

6. Delivery

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

7. Made to Order Products
Certain products, including LED strips and light bars, are made to order.
These items may require additional processing time and may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Full details are outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
