The Mi-Light K1 Rotary Wall Remote combines the familiar feel of a traditional rotary dimmer switch with the convenience of modern 2.4GHz wireless control. Designed for use with compatible Mi-Light and MiBoxer Single Colour and CCT Adjustable White LED controllers, the K1 allows you to switch your lights on and off, smoothly dim brightness, and adjust colour temperature from warm white to cool white using a simple rotating dial. With its elegant wall-mounted design, magnetic removable faceplate and wireless installation, it is ideal for homes, kitchens, media walls, offices, campervans, motorhomes, boats and commercial interiors where running additional control wiring is undesirable.

Elegant Rotary Control

The K1 has been designed to feel familiar and intuitive.

• Short press the rotary dial to switch compatible lighting on or off.
• Rotate the dial to smoothly adjust brightness.
• Long press whilst the lights are on to enter CCT mode, then rotate the dial to adjust between warm white and cool white lighting.

The result is simple, precise lighting control that anyone can use without complicated buttons or menus.

Wireless Installation

Unlike a traditional wall dimmer, the K1 communicates wirelessly using Mi-Light’s reliable 2.4GHz RF technology, meaning no control wiring is required between the wall switch and the LED controller.

The rear mounting plate fixes to almost any clean surface using the supplied self-adhesive pad or screws, while the controller itself attaches magnetically, allowing it to be removed easily if required.

This makes the K1 ideal for retrofit installations where adding switch wiring would otherwise be difficult or expensive.

Designed for Single Colour & Adjustable White Lighting

The K1 can control two popular types of LED lighting:

• Single Colour LED lighting – on/off switching and smooth dimming.
• CCT Adjustable White LED lighting – brightness adjustment together with warm white to cool white colour temperature control.

Reliable 2.4GHz Wireless Performance

Using Mi-Light’s proven 2.4GHz RF wireless system, the K1 provides reliable control over distances of up to approximately 30 metres. The signal passes through most walls, ceilings and furniture, allowing LED controllers to remain hidden whilst still responding instantly.

Control Multiple LED Controllers

The K1 can be paired with multiple compatible Mi-Light controllers, allowing several LED drivers or LED strips to operate together from a single wall controller.

This is ideal where lighting is installed in different cupboards, display units or areas of a room but you want them all to respond simultaneously.

If purchased together with a compatible controller, we will pair the remote before dispatch so it is ready to install straight from the box.

Important Compatibility Information

The K1 is a wireless remote control only and requires a compatible Mi-Light or MiBoxer 2.4GHz LED controller connected to your lighting before it can operate.

It is compatible with Single Colour and CCT Adjustable White controllers only, and is not suitable for RGB, RGBW or RGB+CCT lighting systems.
