We offer fast and reliable delivery throughout the UK, Jersey and Guernsey. The available services and charges depend on the delivery address, parcel size, order value and products ordered.

Royal Mail – Non-Bulky Items

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Standard Service

Delivery is normally within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Express Service

Our faster Royal Mail service, normally delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

• Orders under £25: £4.99
• Orders over £25: £1.99

Courier Delivery – Bulky Items Over 80cm Long

Standard Courier – Evri

Normally delivered within 3–5 working days. This is not a time-guaranteed service.

Premium Courier – DPD or Parcelforce

An upgraded, faster and fully tracked courier service for urgent bulky orders.

• Orders under £25: £9.99
• Orders over £25: £4.99

The carrier used will depend on the delivery address, parcel dimensions and available service.

Jersey and Guernsey Deliveries

We deliver non-bulky products to Jersey and Guernsey using Royal Mail.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.49
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99

Delivery to the Channel Islands can take longer than the equivalent UK service and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Jersey and Guernsey are outside the UK VAT area. UK VAT is not charged, and product prices will be adjusted automatically when the relevant delivery country is selected at checkout.

Any local GST, import taxes, duties or carrier handling charges that become payable are the recipient’s responsibility.

Bulky items, including products over 80cm long, cannot currently be ordered for delivery to Jersey or Guernsey through the website. Please contact us before ordering and we will check the available courier service and provide a delivery quotation.

Remote UK Areas and Islands

A £7 delivery supplement applies to bulky items sent to certain UK remote areas and islands. Express delivery may not be available in these areas.

Affected postcode areas include BT*, HS*, IM*, ZE*, IV*, KW*, FK17–FK22, AB35–AB38, AB53–AB56, KA27–KA28, PA17–PA38, PA41–PA80, PH3, PH5–PH7, PH10–PH11, PH13–PH50, PO30–PO41 and TR21–TR25.

Choosing Your Delivery Option

Available delivery methods will be displayed during checkout. If no delivery option appears, one or more products may exceed the dimensions accepted by the available carriers. Please contact us and we will check whether an alternative service is available.

Dispatch and Tracking

• Orders are normally dispatched within one working day.
• Stocked products ordered before 3pm are usually dispatched on the same working day.
• Orders received after 3pm will normally be processed on the following working day.
• Many flexible LED strips and light bars are prepared and tested to order. During busy periods, these may require an additional working day before dispatch.
• Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Please allow additional time during busy periods, carrier disruption and for remote or Channel Islands deliveries.

Orders placed during the evening, at a weekend or on an English bank holiday will be treated as having been received on the morning of the next working day.

Urgent Deliveries and Collection Points

If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering. Guaranteed delivery services may be available at an additional cost, depending on the products and destination.

We can also arrange delivery to certain carrier collection points or parcel shops if you do not have a suitable fixed delivery address. Please contact us for available options.
