MiBoxer PZ2 2-in-1 Zigbee LED Controller – 12V-48V 20A

The MiBoxer PZ2 2-in-1 LED Controller provides powerful and flexible control of single-colour and adjustable white (CCT) LED strip lighting. Combining Zigbee 3.0 smart-home technology with MiBoxer 2.4GHz RF wireless control, it is ideal for both conventional LED installations and integrated smart lighting systems.

Designed for 12V to 48V DC constant-voltage LED strips, the PZ2 supports a maximum combined output of 20A, making it suitable for high-powered LED lighting installations in homes, commercial premises, campervans, motorhomes and boats.

With smooth brightness adjustment, tunable white control, wireless remote compatibility and wired push-switch dimming, the PZ2 provides multiple convenient ways to operate your lighting.

Two LED Lighting Modes

The MiBoxer PZ2 combines two popular LED controller types in one unit. The operating mode can be selected using the SET button on the controller.

• Single Colour Mode: Provides switching and brightness adjustment for conventional single-colour LED strips, including warm white, natural white, cool white and fixed-colour lighting.
• Dual White (CCT) Mode: Controls compatible tunable white LED strips, allowing adjustment of both brightness and colour temperature between warm and cool white.

Zigbee 3.0 Smart Lighting Control

With built-in Zigbee 3.0 connectivity, the PZ2 can be incorporated into compatible smart-home lighting systems, allowing connected LED strips to be controlled alongside other smart devices.

When connected to a suitable Zigbee gateway or coordinator, supported functions may include:

• Voice control through compatible smart assistants
• Lighting schedules and automated routines
• Group control of multiple lighting devices
• Integration with compatible Zigbee smart-home platforms

Compatibility and available functions depend on the Zigbee gateway or smart-home system being used.

MiBoxer 2.4GHz RF Remote Control

In addition to Zigbee functionality, the PZ2 supports MiBoxer’s established 2.4GHz RF wireless control system. It can be paired with compatible MiBoxer/Mi-Light single-colour or CCT remote controls and wall panels.

This allows convenient wireless lighting operation without requiring Wi-Fi or a Zigbee gateway when using a suitable RF remote.

Multiple compatible controllers can also be grouped and synchronised, making the PZ2 suitable for lighting installations covering several areas.

Wired Push-Switch Dimming

The controller also supports connection of a compatible momentary push switch, providing convenient manual operation without needing to use a wireless remote.

A short press switches the lighting on or off, while pressing and holding adjusts brightness.

Installation and Compatibility

The PZ2 requires a suitable 12V-48V DC constant-voltage power supply matching the voltage of the connected LED strip. The controller does not convert the supply voltage.

Select the correct single-colour or CCT operating mode before use. Ensure the power supply, cables and connected LED strips are suitably rated and that the maximum controller output is not exceeded.

Please note: RGB, RGBW, RGB+CCT and addressable pixel LED strips are not supported by this model.

A compatible MiBoxer/Mi-Light 2.4GHz remote control is required for RF operation. Smart-home control requires a suitable Zigbee gateway or coordinator. These accessories are sold separately.

For installations in caravans, motorhomes or boats, the controller should be mounted in a suitable dry, protected and accessible location.
