Delivery Information

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK using Royal Mail and courier services, depending on the size of your order. The majority of orders will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked delivery services, with anything classed as ‘Bulky’ (over 80cm length) being sent via courier.  You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Delivery in 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Service)

Faster delivery, typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.

• Orders over £25: £1.99

Courier Delivery – For Bulky Items (Over 80cm in Length)

Standard Courier (3–5 Working Days) – Evri

Reliable delivery, not time-guaranteed

Premium Courier (Faster, Tracked Service) – DPD or Parcelforce

An upgraded, faster courier service for urgent bulky orders.

Choosing Your Delivery Option

You will be able to select your delivery method during the checkout process, based on your order contents and your preferred speed of delivery.

Dispatch & Tracking

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
• Orders for stocked items placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
• Please note that many of our LED flexi strips and light bars are made to order. While we aim to dispatch these the same day where possible, during busy periods they may require an additional working day to prepare and test before dispatch.
• Full tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
• Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for remote delivery areas.

Where orders are placed in the evening, at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.
