Trade Account Terms & Conditions
1. Trade Account Eligibility
Trade accounts are offered at the discretion of Aten Lighting and are intended for genuine trade customers only. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend or withdraw trade accounts at any time.
2. Pricing & Discounts
Approved trade customers receive preferential pricing on most products.
• A standard trade discount of up to 15% is applied to eligible products.
• Some products may carry a lower discount due to margin constraints.
• Any discounted or promotional pricing shown on the website will override standard trade discounts.
Important:
Final pricing is displayed in the basket/checkout. Trade customers should add items to their basket to create any required quote or to confirm the exact price before ordering.
3. VAT
Trade account pricing is displayed excluding VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate during checkout. Delivery thresholds for trade customers (e.g. free delivery over £100) are calculated excluding VAT.

5. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where necessary.
6. Made to Order Products
Many of our LED strips and light bars are made to order. These items may require additional processing time and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
7. Returns & Faults
Returns, exchanges and faulty goods are handled in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
8. Use of Trade Account
Trade accounts are intended for business use only and must not be used for resale via third-party marketplaces without prior agreement.
We reserve the right to remove trade pricing where misuse is identified.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend trade pricing, discounts and terms at any time without prior notice.
