Mi-Light FUT022 CCT LED Remote and Controller Kit
The Mi-Light FUT022 is a complete remote control and receiver kit designed for use with
12V or 24V adjustable white CCT LED lighting.
It provides a simple and economical way to control a straightforward CCT LED installation, allowing the
connected lighting to be switched on and off, dimmed and adjusted from warm white to cool white.
The kit includes both the handheld remote and the matching LED controller, providing everything required
to control one lighting area from a single remote.
Complete Remote and Controller Kit
Unlike Mi-Light products where the remote and controller are purchased separately, the FUT022 is supplied
as a dedicated kit containing:
- One FUT022 CCT handheld remote control
- One matching FUT022 CCT LED controller
- Operating instructions
The remote and controller are supplied paired and ready to connect.
Important Compatibility Information
The FUT022 is a self-contained control kit and is not compatible with the other Mi-Light or MiBoxer
remotes and controllers available on our website.
The included FUT022 remote should only be used with the controller supplied as part of this kit. It cannot
be used to control standard Mi-Light receivers such as the FUT035S+, and the FUT022 controller cannot be
added to a standard Mi-Light multi-zone remote.
For installations requiring several separately controlled zones, additional controllers, wall-mounted
remotes, Wi-Fi control or integration with a wider Mi-Light system, we recommend using our standard
Mi-Light CCT controllers and compatible remotes instead.
Ideal for Simple CCT Installations
This kit is particularly suitable where one remote is required to control one lighting area. Typical uses
include LED strip lighting installed in:
- Caravans and motorhomes
- Campervans and converted vehicles
- Boats and marine interiors
- Kitchens and furniture
- Bedrooms and living spaces
- Display and cabinet lighting
For a basic single-area installation, the FUT022 is generally the simplest and most economical Mi-Light
option.
Adjustable White CCT Control
When connected to suitable CCT LED strip or lighting, the remote can be used to:
- Switch the connected LEDs on and off
- Increase or reduce the brightness
- Select warm white or cool white light
- Choose any shade of white between the warm and cool settings
This allows brighter, cooler light to be selected when working or preparing food, with softer warm-white
light available when a more relaxed atmosphere is preferred.
Reliable 2.4GHz Wireless Control
The remote communicates with the controller using a 2.4GHz radio-frequency signal. It does not normally
need to be pointed directly at the controller and has a control distance of up to approximately
30 metres in suitable open conditions.
Walls, metalwork and electrical interference may reduce the operating distance.
How the Controller Is Installed
The FUT022 controller is installed between a suitable 12V or 24V DC power supply and the
CCT LED lighting.
The power supply connects to the input side of the controller. The common-positive, warm-white and
cool-white connections from the CCT LEDs then connect to the controller output.
Please ensure that the voltage of the LED lighting and power supply match. A 12V LED product requires a
12V DC supply, while a 24V LED product requires a 24V DC supply.
