Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please retain your order confirmation email for all purchases, as this will help us process any returns or queries efficiently.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in the first instance:

Alternatively, items may be returned in person to our address (please bring your order confirmation and the card used for payment).
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Return Conditions
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging
• A copy of your order confirmation must be included
• Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
• Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as described
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
Important:
Where an order qualified for free delivery, if items are returned (in full or in part), we reserve the right to deduct our standard delivery cost from the refund if the remaining order value no longer qualifies for free delivery.
• If part of an order is returned, any applicable delivery charge will be recalculated and deducted accordingly
Return Costs
• The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us with details of the product required (e.g. size or colour). Any price differences will be charged or refunded via the original payment method.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your statutory rights. Please contact us to arrange this.
Your Rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
