Choosing Your Delivery Option
You will be able to select your delivery method during the checkout process, based on your order contents and your preferred speed of delivery.
Dispatch & Tracking
- We aim to dispatch goods on the same day for all orders placed before 3pm, however for made to order items such as LED flexi strip or bulky items please allow at least 24 hours before dispatch due to early courier cut-off times.
- Full tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
- Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for remote delivery areas.
Where orders are placed in the evening, at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.
