Delivery Information

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK using Royal Mail and courier services, depending on the size of your order. You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Royal Mail – For Non-Bulky Items

For smaller, standard-sized items, we use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure secure and convenient delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Service) – Delivery in 2–3 working days from dispatch.

• Orders under £25: £2.50
• Orders over £25: Free

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Service) – Faster delivery, typically next working day after dispatch.

• Orders under £25: £4.00
• Orders over £25: £1.99

Orders including bulky items such as LED light bars or aluminium profiles over 80cm will be sent via courier instead of Royal Mail.

Choosing Your Delivery Option

You will be able to select your delivery method during the checkout process, based on your order contents and your preferred speed of delivery.

Dispatch & Tracking

• We aim to dispatch goods on the same day for all orders placed before 3pm, however for made to order items such as LED flexi strip please allow at least 24 hours before dispatch.
• Full tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
• Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for remote delivery areas.

Where orders are placed in the evening, at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.
