Dispatch & Tracking

We aim to dispatch goods on the same day for all orders placed before 3pm, however for made to order items such as LED flexi strip please allow at least 24 hours before dispatch.

Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for remote delivery areas.

Where orders are placed in the evening, at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.
